Well, according to a post on this forum reporting of a conversation at Peekskill with Chief,

“They both took a few minutes to talk beer and the new location. The place is gonna rock – 4 floors and 2 sours on draught.”,

so I guess we will see who is right. I of course will be there soon and will do my best to find out myself.

Regardless, the beer being made at Peekskill is just fantastic, and I am happy to have Chief nearby brewing it.
